- Who to alert? (通常是 SRE 都勾, 然後在 Settings > Profile 有輸入手機號碼(前面不用 0)才會收到 SMS 簡訊通知, 當然還要付完錢)
- When down, alert after: 3 minutes (default 5 minutes)
